Arjaan Everts, President and CEO, founded Atlantic Accord in 1986. Mr. Everts was a corporate development executive for some of the world's leading information companies, including VNU, Wolters-Kluwer and Reed-Elsevier. For these European companies, he was involved in early stage M&A campaigns in North America with a particular focus on electronic, new media and database acquisition opportunities. Mr. Everts has built Atlantic Accord into a top deal-making consultancy with a focus on select segments of the information industry. Bob Frattaroli , Special Director of Atlantic Accord's Medical & Healthcare Information Practice, joined Atlantic Accord in 1998. Mr. Frattaroli previously was President of Reed Elsevier's Medical Publishing and Communications businesses worldwide, and subsequently of Pharmaceutical Marketing Services Inc. (PMSI), for which he orchestrated numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Frattoroli was responsible most recently for the sale of Gardiner Caldwell Communications, the largest remaining independent medical communications company , to Thomson Healthcare. Kenneth A Getz, Special Advisor, participates in Atlantic
Accord assignments, in particular those which include a private equity
component. Ken is the chairman of CISCRP – a nonprofit organization
that he founded to educate and raise public awareness of the clinical
research enterprise – and a Research Fellow at the Tufts Center
for the Study of Drug Development. Ken is also the founder and former
CEO of CenterWatch, a leading publisher in the clinical trials industry
and one of two businesses that he has developed and sold. |
