technology partnerships. As your external planning and development arm we work on an outsourced basis to implement transaction-based growth campaigns. The client might have formulated the general outlines of such a plan, sometimes with our help, but he or she may lack the internal resources to dedicate full-time to executing it. By outsourcing certain aspects of an external development campaign to Atlantic Accord, a client's chances for cutting better, smoother deals in shorter timeframes will improve. The nature of work may include capital sourcing, strategic partnering, corporate restructuring, new business development, e-business launches, acquisitions, divestitures, asset barters, international expansion, and affiliate programs. All of these have in common the possibility of an ownership change or equity-based component with targeted partners. We are hands-on, fiercely result-oriented, and make it a matter of professional pride to deliver tangible results. Since this is highly time-consuming activity, we are discriminating as to what assignments to undertake. Familiarity with the sector is a must. In addition, we try to ascertain commonality of interest with the clients. It is assumed that both sides share a bias for speed to market, early mover advantage and imaginative asset management as the necessary ingredients for a successful campaign. The client that is most likely to profit from our advice is the one who favors the creative process as a competitive advantage, and who places long-term return on investment above short-term profit.
